Christy Cheatham, Occupational Therapist – Owner

Meet Christy Cheatham, OTR/L – Owner and Occupational Therapist at HealthQuest Therapy Christy Cheatham is the founder and lead Occupational Therapist at HealthQuest Therapy. A proud native of Magnolia, Arkansas, Christy graduated from Magnolia High School before attending Southern Arkansas University. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy with honors from the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. Christy began her career at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, where she gained extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, post-surgical care, ICU, and home health services. After becoming a mother, she transitioned into a leadership role as Rehab Director at Magnolia Health and Rehab. In 2006, Christy fulfilled a long-time dream by opening HealthQuest Therapy. Driven by a deep commitment to serve her hometown community, she built the clinic to offer specialized, compassionate care in the areas most needed by her patients. With over two decades of experience, Christy has focused much of her clinical work on hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation. She continues to advance her expertise through ongoing education in upper extremity orthopedics and has had the opportunity to collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons. Her professional certifications include:

  • WorkSTEPs Testing (Functional Capacity Evaluations, Post-Offer Employment Testing, and Fit For Duty Testing)
Outside of work, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, and exploring new places through travel. Her personal dedication and local roots make her a trusted healthcare provider and advocate for wellness in south Arkansas.

Victoria Caples, Physical Therapist

Victoria or “Tori” Caples is a Physical Therapist here at HealthQuest Therapy. She is originally from Floresville, Texas and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Tx where she attended on a softball scholarship. She continued her education by earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Tx. She has since worked in a hospital doing acute care, outpatient orthopedics at OrthoArkansas in North Little Rock, along with PRN work in the home health setting and skilled nursing facilities. Victoria has additional certifications in dry needling, LSVT, and has participated in courses for blood flow restriction training. Victoria is married to Jacob Caples, who is a hitting coach in Toronto Blue Jays organization. They have two daughters, Elliot and Emersyn. When Victoria is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Hannah Bussey, Physical Therapist Assistant

Hannah Bussey is a Physical Therapist Assistant at HealthQuest Therapy. Originally born in Louisiana, she moved to Magnolia at a young age with her parents, both Magnolia natives. She was raised in Magnolia and graduated from Magnolia High School in 2005. In May 2008, she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from South Arkansas Community College.Since graduating, Hannah has focused her career primarily in outpatient therapy settings. She joined HealthQuest Therapy in 2010 and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. She is passionate about patient care and committed to helping each individual reach their full potential through personalized treatment and support.Outside of work, Hannah enjoys life on the farm with her family and loves spending quality time with her daughter.

Jenny Dodson, Physical Therapist Assistant

Jenny is a Physical Therapist Assistant. She grew up in Junction City and graduated from South Arkansas Community College with her PTA degree in 2018. Jenny has experience working in long-term care and outpatient settings. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and friends. Jenny is committed to helping others achieve their therapy goals! We’re so glad she chose to be a part of the HealthQuest Therapy team and look forward to seeing what all she accomplishes in the years to come.

Taylor Eddy Autrey, Office Coordinator

Taylor Autrey is the Office Coordinator at HealthQuest Therapy. She was born and raised in Magnolia. Taylor is married and has one son. She recieved her Associates degree from South Ark in Eldorado. Taylor became part of our HealthQuest team in July 2025.  Her main job as Office Coordinator is to make sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently as possible. She does scheduling, communicating with doctor offices and greets each patient with a smile. Away from work, Taylor enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family, friends and her dogs.

Lisa Whittemore, Billing Coordinator

Lisa Whittemore is the Billing Coordinator at HealthQuest Therapy, where she has been a valued team member since 2007. She has over 35 years of experience in healthcare billing. Lisa is a graduate of Magnolia High School and a lifelong resident of Columbia County. She is known for her exceptional ability to navigate the complex language of insurance and billing. Her diligence and determination help ensure therapy remains accessible and affordable for all patients, whether through insurance or self-pay. Lisa also oversees credentialing, helping to keep HealthQuest Therapy in-network with most major insurance providers. She regularly attends seminars, webinars, and workshops to stay current with industry regulations and insurance updates. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She loves traveling and exploring the outdoors, especially kayaking and camping.
